Hi, I'm Georgy - a women's fitness expert specialising in pre and postnatal exercise

I am so glad you’re here, let me introduce myself properly.

I’m a mother to three small children under 5, wife, coffee and overnight oats lover, and as well as a pre and postnatal expert, I'm also core corrective and postnatal pilates specialist.

I am here to support mothers and mother's-to-be to not only exercise, but fit it around their busy schedules and actually help them look forward to moving and feeling strong through all stages of motherhood. 

You’re in the right place. I’ve been there too…three times!

 I see the challenges you are facing—the sleepless nights, the endless to-do lists, the exhaustion and the constant demands of caring for your family and/or your growing baby and changing body. 

You want to prioritise your health for both you and your family, you know it is important to stay and keep active, but finding the time in the day, the energy, and the support feels impossible. You're not alone in this. So let me tell you a bit about my approach.

You need someone who will understand what it’s like to be a mother, the struggle of the juggle and empathise with your situation but will support your exercise goals. Having had three babies myself, I have been on the journey of pregnancy, birth, postnatal rehab and returning to exercise...three times. So I am best placed to help you find you rhythm with fitting exercise in and making time for YOU.

It was through this journey of having children that I realised that there was a serious lack of reputable and easily-accessible knowledge.

New mothers need help to regain their confidence with exercise in a time effective way, and to work around babies and toddlers.

So I felt it was up to me to make that change - make it accessible, make it affordable and above else, make it enjoyable along the way so you actually get excited to move and carve out that much-needed "me time”.

  • Gaining strength, energy, and confidence for life as a mother IS possible. I am here to show you how that can be done and to guide you every step of the way, ensuring you feel supported and capable of achieving your goals.

  • This is a huge time in your life, whether you are preparing for motherhood for the first, second or third time or struggling to juggle it all. It's important that you choose someone reliable who has your best interest at heart. I am here for guidance, support and giving you the skills and reliable expertise you need to exercise in a safe manor for all stages of motherhood.

  • YOU are the focus of our work together. I care as much as you do that you get the results you are looking for - that you feel strong and confident in your body, no matter what stage of motherhood you are in. I am here to guide you through the journey to make it enjoyable and manageable in your busy schedule. 

  • It is hard to know where to start and overwhelm is to be expected, finding time for yourself can not only feel impossible, but also not a priority as you spin all the plates. I have been on your journey three times myself and I believe that makes me better placed to be the trainer for you, of all people I get it…but I also get the benefits exercise can have not only on the body, but the mind too.
